Easy to Pairing with your iPhone

Effortless pairing with the Find My app: Open the Find My app and Bluetooth, tap “Add Item” > “Other Supported Item” to search. Once the HiWe Air Card Tag is detected, tap “Connect.”

Note: Android devices are not supported; it is exclusively for Apple iOS 14.5 or above.

CON: 1. Limited to the scope of Apple’s technical authorization, this product does not support UWB precision finding, which is also the situation for all third-party trackers. The positioning accuracy of this product is at the meter level.

2. In addition, it can only be recharged with the proprietary cable included in the pack. So be careful not to lose that.

3. The Bluetooth range is the same as Airtag, just 50m in the actual test. Ideally, it can reach 80m.

Charging Your Card

Use the included cable to charge.During charging, the status light will be red.When fully charged, the status light will turn green.It is recommended to fully charge your Card once every 6 months.

Pairing Your Card

Ensure your iPhone is set up (see“Setting Up Your iPhone” above) and your Card is powered on.Find My app > Items > Add New Item > Other Supported Item >Connect (Card is detected).Follow the onscreen steps to name it and register it to your Apple ID.

Note:

Ensure your Card appears in Items.If not, forget the device, perform a factory reset on the Card (see”Getting Started > Factory reset” above), and then reconnect.Do not leave Find My app while pairing the Card.If you want to return the product, please connect the card and remove it on the Find My app. (unbind the Apple ID with the card).

Changing the Name of Your Card

Find My App> Items > Select your Card > Rename Item

Play Sound Alert

Find My App > Items > Select your Card > Play Sound

Note:

The sound alert will only play if your iPhone is connected to a network. And your Card is in Bluetooth range of your iPhone(approx.160f/50m).

Locate your Card via the map

Find My App > Items > Select your Card > Directions

If your Card is in the Bluetooth Range of your iPhone(approx.160f/50m). You can Play Sound Alert.

And if you can’t find your card after trying to Find the Item Far away and Play Sound Alert, try to mark your Card as lost

Mark your Card as lost

Find My App > Items > Select your CardEnsure Notify When Left Behind is turned on.Under Lost Mode, tap Enable, then tap Continue.Enter your phone number/email address so that the Finder of your Card can contact you, then tap Activate.

Set up Notify When Left Behind

If your Card is not in Bluetooth range of your iPhone for a period of time, you will receive a notification that your Card has been lost (if you set up a name, the name will be displayed, otherwise it will show Find Card).

Find My App > Items > Select your CardUnder Notifications, tap Notify When Left Behind and turn it on.

Removing Your Card

If you want to return the product, please connect the card and remove it on the Find My app. (unbind the Apple ID with the card) .

Removing your Card from your Apple ID will allow it to be activated and used by another person.

Find My App > Items > Select your Card > Remove Item

*If not connected when removing your Card from your Apple ID, it will no longer be discoverable and you will need to perform a factory reset before creating a new connection (see”Getting Started > Factory reset above).

Unwanted Tracking Notification

If your Card is separated from your iPhone and is detected moving with another person with an Apple device over time, that person will receive a tracking alert message.
